Over the time it has been ranked as high as 175 799 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Ukraine, where it reached as high as 1 837 position. It was owned by several entities, from HODA3-UANIC of Херсонська обласна державна адміністрація to HODA5-UANIC of Херсонська обласна державна адміністрація, it was hosted by Internet Invest Ltd., CloudFlare Inc. and others.
