It was owned by several entities, from Ali Parnian (Domain Holder) Iran Water Resource Management Organization to Water Resource Management Iran Holding Company, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Faraso Samaneh Pasargad Ltd. and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
