It was owned by several entities, from Ed Manfut NiKa CyberMunicipio to REDACTED FOR PRIVACY of REDACTED FOR PRIVACY, it was hosted by Confluence Networks Inc, CloudFlare Inc. and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to Public Interest Registry.
