Over the time it has been ranked as high as 597 599 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 30 727 position. It was owned by several entities, from All-Russian Research Institute of Hydrometeorological Information World Data Center. to FSBI "RIHMI-WDC", it was hosted by Kvant ltd. Telecommunications services, Federal State Budgetary Institution "All-Russian Research Institute of Hydrometeorological Information - World Data Center" and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
