It was owned by several entities, from TANet Administrator tanetadm@moe.edu.tw to TANet Administrator, it was hosted by Asia Pacific Network Information Centre, Ministry of Education Computer Center and others.

Mingdao has a high Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Mingdao.edu.tw is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Mingdao.edu.tw is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
