Over the time it has been ranked as high as 186 899 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Ukraine, where it reached as high as 1 244 position. It was owned by several entities, from Ministry of labor and social politics of Ukraine to MLSP-UANIC Ministry of labor and social politics of Ukraine, it was hosted by Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
