Over the time it has been ranked as high as 374 161 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Ukraine, where it reached as high as 32 021 position. It was owned by several entities, from FGU "National Accreditation Agency" to FGBU "National Accreditation Agency", it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, The Academy of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and others.
