It was owned by several entities, from Comunicacio per a la Cooperacio to REDACTED FOR PRIVACY of Comunicacio per a la Cooperacio, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, GUIFINET IPv4 Network and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to Public Interest Registry.
