Over the time it has been ranked as high as 188 999 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 7 537 position. It was owned by several entities, from Financial and economic management of administration of the Perm area to Administraciya Permskogo municipalnogo rayona, it was hosted by Administration of the Permian municipal region Perm Russia, JSC "ER-Telecom Holding" and others.
