It was owned by several entities, from RSE Kazakhstan Temir Zholy of RSE Kazakhstan Temir Zholy to AO NK Kazakhstan Temir Zholy of AO NK Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, it was hosted by Kaspersky Lab AO, TTC-_for_KTZH and others.
