It was owned by several entities, from eagle matrix consulting co.ltd. Outnumber Inc. to hirohiko onoda of Outnumber Inc., it was hosted by BroadBand Tower Inc, SAKURA Internet Inc. and others. While GMO INTERNET INC. DBA ONAMAE.COM was its first registrar, now it is moved to GMO Internet Group Inc. d/b/a Onamae.com.
