Over the time it has been ranked as high as 43 149 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 1 498 position. It was owned by several entities, from GOU VPO RyazGMU Roszdrava to FSBEI HE "I.P.Pavlov Ryazan State Medical University of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia", it was hosted by Nlink Trade LLC, MTS PJSC and others.
