Over the time it has been ranked as high as 36 699 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 1 512 position. It was owned by several entities, from OOO "Sirius-Telekom" to OOO "Rialto", it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, JSC IOT and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
