It was owned by several entities, from Sochi Municipal Administration to Sochi City Administration, it was hosted by Migration from Eltel network, "Domain names registrar REG.RU" Ltd and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
