Over the time it has been ranked as high as 21 549 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 2 553 position. It was owned by several entities, from ZAO "All-russian research institute of television and broadcast" to JSC "Russian Mediagroup", it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, HLL and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
