Surgu.ru is tracked by us since August, 2012. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 62 649 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 2 352 position. It was owned by several entities, from SEE "Surgutskiy Gosudarstvenniy Universitet Khanti-Mansiyskogo avtonomnogo okruga - Ugra" to Byudzhetnoe uchrezhdenie vy'sshego obrazovaniya Xanty'Mansijskogo avtonomnogo okruga Yugry' Surgutskij gosudarstvenny'j universitet, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, PJSC MTS and others.
