It was owned by several entities, from TOO \"KazBiznes-Konsalting\" to Акционерное общество "Универсальная товарная биржа "Астана" of Акционерное общество "Универсальная товарная биржа "Астана"", it was hosted by Co-location servers Petr Nevenchanyi, TOO "Kompaniya Hoster.KZ" and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to HOSTER.KZ.
