Esenova to Moshenets Anton Vladimirovich of Yessenov univesity, it was hosted by JSC Kazakhtelecom Direction of Information System, "Jusan Mobile" JSC and others. While NIT.KZ was its first registrar, now it is moved to IAC.KZ.
